(2) Victory in Court of Appeal

Tens of thousands of married couples in business today received an early Christmas present with a victory in the Court of Appeal Section 660 case.

The Court of Appeal handed down judgement in favour of Arctic Systems owned by Diana and Geoff Jones, which has been seen as a test case for small businesses.
