The detailed judgement relating to the recent Arctic Systems/Section 660 Special Commissioners' case is now available.

Geoff Jones and his wife Diane recently lost their Section 660 case in what has been described as a 'landmark decision', leaving tens of thousands of small businesses facing the prospect of huge tax bills and a revenue clampdown on married couple's businesses.
