Chartered Institute of Taxation seeks tallies of settlements demands

The Chartered Institute of Taxation is trying to assess how many of these demands are around. It would be helpful to hear from anyone faced with a settlements claim - Email techtemp@ciot.org.uk so some statistics can be generated.

Seems the Beeb has a somewhat different attitude over this than it did over IR35. Let's hope it keeps it that way.
