Fears for missing IT freelancer

Concern is growing for an IT freelancer who has been missing since the middle of September.

According to reports in the Liverpool press, Richard James Meek, 27, from Kensington in Liverpool, has not been seen or heard from by friends or his parents in Gloucester since September 19.

Apparently he has not done any work since that time.

A police spokesman said: "Many of Richard's friends have not seen him for several weeks. He is known to go to some of the city centre bars."
