IR 35 website links
When I got my copy of IR 35 - Sent via email; headlined The end of Contracting in the UK - on 12th March 1999, I went onto the Internet to find out more. Use of the search engines came up with zip. As a result I used a domain I was about to launch - engineerjob.com, now UKTECH - to put up some information and spark some debate on what appeared to be a major problem.
Over a year later, input "IR 35" into a search engine (Altavista) and you find over 7000 hits! Here is a selection, in no particular order.
