Ruling could affect 240,000 small businesses, Andy White tells Standard

Ross Davies of the Evening Standard quotes Andy White, PCG's first Chairman and UKTECH MD as saying;

"Today's ruling means major problems for the Inland Revenue - it could affect 240,000 small businesses, many of whom will now want to re-assess whether they are liable for IR35."
