Synaptek IR35 judgement due 28 March

We have just heard from Mr Justice Hart's clerk that he will be handing down his judgement in the Synaptek/Stutchbury case on Friday 28 March at 10am in Court 35

I will be in Court to hear the judgement and report on it to UKTECH.

The Freelancers Outside IR35 (FO35) Expert Committee will also be considering the implications of the judgement to decide if any changes need to be made to the guidance given in FO35 and updates will be issued to subscribers if necessary.
