BBC ignores IR35 judicial review but finds space for Hear'Say

Searching in vain for coverage of the JR on the BBC website today, I was astounded to find absolutely no mention of a legal challenge to legislation that could cripple the growth of one of the key areas of the country's economy. What could possibly be taking up so many BBC resources that they couldn't cover this important event? It seems an astonishing amount of drivel:
