Help beat IR35

As part of the on-going collection of evidence after our victory in the JR permission hearing, PCG has retained Frontier Economics to conduct an economic analysis of the contracting market and the effect IR35 is having on it. This expert evidence will be used to help our case at the full JR hearing next year.

As part of the analysis, Frontier have designed a survey questionnaire to be filled in by contractors affected by IR35.

It is vital that as many of you as possible fill in this survey. The survey is not restricted to PCG members. Any contractor affected by IR35 is welcome to take part.

UKTECH note

The survey will take some time to complete (30 to 45 minutes) and you will need to gather some information together before you go ahead and complete. There is a pdf copy of the questionnaire on the survey home page. We would strongly recommend that you download this first, make sure you have all the answers before going to the online survey.
